Where We Ship We currently ship across all cities in Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time but is coming soon.
Order Processing Time All orders are handcrafted or hand-finished to order. Please allow:
- 1–2 business days for standard in-stock items to be prepared and dispatched
- 3–5 business days for items with finishing or conditioning at time of order
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

These are estimated timeframes. Delivery delays due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays are outside our control.
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping: PKR 200 flat rate nationwide
- Free shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000
Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer COD across Pakistan. Please note:
- COD orders require a valid phone number for courier confirmation
- If a COD order is returned undelivered due to unavailability or refusal, re-shipping charges apply
- Repeated COD refusals may result in COD being unavailable for future orders from that address
Order Tracking Once dispatched, your tracking number will be sent via email and WhatsApp. You can use it to track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:
- Record an unboxing video at the time of opening
- Email support@verapellesignature.com within 24 hours with the video and photos
- We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for every order — it protects you in the event of any transit damage claim.
