2. Our Products All Vera Pelle Signature products are handcrafted using full-grain vegetable-tanned leather. Due to the handmade nature of our goods, minor variations in grain, texture, and tone are natural and expected — they are not defects. Each piece is unique.

3. Pricing All prices on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged at the time of your order confirmation is the final price.

4. Order Acceptance Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified via email or phone if your order is cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.

5. Product Availability We operate on limited, handcrafted stock. If an item you ordered is unavailable after your payment, we will contact you within 24 hours to offer an alternative or a full refund.
